What is personal data? 🏁
Personal data is information or assessments that can directly or indirectly identify you as a person, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, car number and photos.
Our company's processing of personal data
In order for a business to be able to process personal data, the processing of the data must have a specific, justified and expressly stated purpose, the data must be relevant in relation to the purpose of the processing, and the data must be correct and up-to-date. The information must also be stored in a responsible manner so that it is not misused, and it must be deleted when it is no longer needed.
The purpose of the processing of personal data 🔍
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to protect your rights as website user, customers, suppliers and partners in AVIA Produksjon AS. Certain personal information is also necessary for us to be able to carry out the work or advice we have been hired or asked to do. Furthermore, it is necessary to fulfil AVIA Produksjons obligations as a supplier, and the obligations we have towards relevant public authorities.
More specifially:
- For documentation of legal requirements. It can be used for copyright and other intellectual property rights.
- For formulating offers and entering into agreements, we need information about type of production, project participants, contact information, name of company and org.nr.
- For the necessary administration of the customer relationship, we need information such as name, position, company, contact information, org.nr., fakturamottak, e-poster og møtenotater.
- For marketing purposes
- To optimise and analyse the experience on our website.
- Other purposes for which you have specifically given us consent, for example by approving other privacy statements for specific functions and forms on the website.
Personal data collected for one purpose must not be used for other purposes without consent.
Use of data processors 📥
AVIA Produksjon AS uses external service providers (data processors) for several purposes. The data processors are used for administrative tasks, and a detailed overview of which personal data is processed in the individual systems follows below.
AVIA Produksjon AS can hand over data containing personal information about you to data processors. In cases where we use subcontractors who process personal data on our behalf, we sign separate data processing agreements. The data processor agreements must safeguard your rights so that you can be sure that the information about you is processed correctly and is only used for the agreed purpose.

Routines for storage time ⏳
Personal data is retained for as long as it is necessary for our processing in line with the purposes described above and in accordance with legislation. We will delete personal data about you if you ask us to, unless we have a legal basis and/or a statutory duty to keep the personal data further.
We do not pass on your personal data to others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. For example, public authorities such as the Norwegian Tax Agency and NAV may demand that we hand over personal information about you.
Your rights 🤜
In this section you will find an overview of the most important and relevant rights you as an employee have according to the rules on personal protection. You can exercise your rights by contacting our data protection officer (see contact information under "Our company's processing of personal data"). You will receive a reply without undue delay, and by 30 days at the latest.

You can request information about how we process your personal data. As a general rule, you have the right to access the information we process about you.
Deleting and correcting
As a starting point, you can demand that information about you be deleted. However, this does not apply where the law requires storage or where we have a legal basis for storage.
If personal data that we process is incorrect or incomplete, you can, within the limitations set out in the legislation, demand that the personal data be corrected.
Protesting and complaints
You can object to the processing of personal data, and request a restriction of processing.
